Receivers are made of 4130 moly seamless steel, unless otherwise noted. Each receiver comes with an accurate CAD drawn template bonded in place. All specifications are on the template so that you can check your progress as you work.

75% Completed: We will drill the rivet and vent holes for you. ALL mill work remains to be completed by the purchaser. This includes the ejection port, magazine well, and charging handle slot. |

80% Completed: Cocking handle slot has been cut, and vent holes have been drilled. All rivet holes are drilled slightly undersize [.100]--Ream up to [.125] to achieve the tightest fit using steel rivets. Or you can drill the holes to [.136], tap 8 x 36 NF and use button head screws. The ejection port, sear port, and magazine well must be finished by the buyer. |
Blank with template: Template includes precision specs. for cutting vent holes to resemble the Sterling look. |

Same variations apply as for the standard and ventilated receivers. With this version, there is no need to drill the bolt and relocate the cocking handle. You will also get the added advantage of keeping your trigger hand in place while being able to cock the weapon. |

50% Completed Dummy: Receiver turned to proper o.d. Rear of tube has been turned down so that end cap will slip fit over the end and can be welded in place. All mill work remains to be finished by buyer. Includes bonded on CAD drawn template.
50% Completed: Receiver turned to proper o.d. Grooves have been cut for rear lugs. All lathe work completed. All mill work remains. Includes bonded on CAD drawn template.
Blank with Template: CAD drawn template bonded on. All work will need to be completed upon purchase.
75% Completed: On the 75% Completed receiver, we drill all 76 vent holes and the 5 mounting holes. Mil work remains to be finished by you.
80% Completed: On the 75% Completed receiver, we drill all 76 vent holes, the 5 mounting holes, and the charging handle slot
Blank with Template: CAD drawn template bonded on. All work will need to be completed upon purchase.
Blank with Template with Lower Receiver Section: CAD drawn template bonded on. All work will need to be completed upon purchase. Lower Receiver Section will replace from the magazine back (trigger group section) and the forward section under the front pistol grip.
