All items are carefully packaged and shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping days are Wednesday and Saturday of each week. Shipping cost are calculated from zip code 34668.
To
calculate shipping costs for your order, you will need to find the first three
numbers of your zip code on the Zone Chart and choose the proper cost for the
items you are ordering. Shipping rates are calculated by weight to assist you
in completing your order. Insurance is additional; it is not included in the
calculated rates.
Flat rate is used for blueprints, templates, and small parts. All other items are shipped by weight/zone. Before proceeding to the order page, please be sure to read our Return Policy on this page.
We do not charge our customers packing and handling fees. When you order from Luna & Diablo's Den you can be assured that you are paying actual shipping cost. (Due to the differing weight of packaging, it is possible that your actual rate may run slightly higher or lower than the price listed/quoted). If you are overcharged on shipping, please let us know.
For International shipping costs, please send us an e-mail with your shipping information, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

UPON CONTACT WITH LUNA & DIABLO'S DEN, A LETTER OF CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER. INCLUDED IN THE LETTER WILL BE A FOUR-DIGIT RETURN CODE THAT MUST BE PRINTED ON THE LOWER LEFT CORNER OF THE PACKAGE THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEMS, MANAGEMENT OF LUNA & DIABLO'S DEN WILL INSPECT THE ITEMS FOR DEFECTS AND DETERMINE THE REFUND AMOUNT.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS THAT INCURRED DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.
ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE WILL BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND, LESS THE SHIPPING COST.
